TEAM UPDATE: Ravens Loses Key Player Just Before Showdown Against Browns

The Cleveland Browns aim to end their five-game losing streak this Sunday when they face the Baltimore Ravens.

This season, the Browns have faced challenges in scoring touchdowns, but they are set to debut a revamped offense against Baltimore.

With starting quarterback Deshaun Watson sidelined for the rest of the season, backup Jameis Winston will lead the team, while offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey steps in to call plays.

The Ravens’ injury report may provide the Browns with a significant opportunity.

All-Pro cornerback Marlon Humphrey is listed as doubtful due to a knee injury he sustained during the Ravens’ recent victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Humphrey exited early in that game after making two interceptions in the first half and has not returned since.

Currently, Humphrey is tied for second in the league with four interceptions this season, in addition to recording eight passes defended and 33 tackles.

His impressive performance has marked one of the best seasons of his career. If he is unable to play, it would present a considerable advantage for the Browns.

Facing the league’s worst passing defense, the absence of Humphrey could open up opportunities for the Browns’ offense. This matchup could be pivotal for Cleveland as they seek to regain their footing in the season.
