As of February 2025, Diomande has yet to make his debut for the Huskies. This delay is attributed to the time required for him to get acclimated to the team’s expectations and the fast-paced NCAA basketball environment. Despite the setbacks, Diomande’s coaches remain optimistic about his future with the team, understanding that his skills and potential are undeniable once he adjusts fully.

In addition to his time with ADA Blois, Diomande’s international experience further sets him apart. He played for the Ivory Coast’s senior team during the 2023 FIBA World Cup qualifiers, adding an extra layer of experience to his impressive resume. With his combination of size, skill, and international experience, Diomande is expected to make a significant impact once he fully integrates into the Huskies’ program.
