Major- Boost: Giants’ Head Coach Brian Daboll Land 6-Foot-4 WR With the Look of ‘Adonis’ In Blockbuster Trade

The New York Giants continue to explore their options ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft, recently meeting with three more prospects: TCU wide receiver Savion Williams, Oklahoma State linebacker Collin Oliver, and Oklahoma State cornerback Korie Black, according to Dan Duggan of The Athletic.

Among the trio, Williams stands out. Projected to go in the third or fourth round, the 6-foot-4 wideout has an imposing frame and standout athletic traits. The Athletic’s draft expert Dane Brugler called Williams “physically imposing,” comparing his sculpted build to that of a Greek statue, and praising his ability to win contested catches.

However, Brugler noted Williams still has room to grow as a route runner and needs to be more consistent with his hands — he recorded 16 drops in college. Brugler sees him more as a modern “joker” weapon — a hybrid offensive threat who can line up at multiple positions and create mismatches with his size and power. Williams totaled 1,655 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns over his 52-game college career.

Cornerback Korie Black, another Giants visitor, is projected as a fifth-round pick and ranked 18th among corners in Brugler’s draft guide, The Beast. At 6-feet tall, Black offers good size and physicality, with experience in both man and zone coverage.

He’s reliable and durable, having appeared in 62 games with 38 starts during his time at Oklahoma State. His college resume includes 25 pass breakups, four interceptions, and a pair of forced fumbles. While he brings length and a physical edge to the secondary, Brugler pointed out that he can struggle with sharp route runners and lacks elite recovery speed.

The third visitor, linebacker Collin Oliver, is also projected in the later rounds — likely the fifth or sixth. Known for his explosiveness and high-energy style, Oliver has been a productive pass rusher, logging 23.5 sacks, 40.5 tackles for loss, and five forced fumbles in 43 games (22 starts). At 6-foot-2 and 240 pounds, he lacks prototypical edge rusher size but uses leverage and burst to his advantage. Brugler sees him as a nickel rusher with potential to grow into an off-ball linebacker, although he remains somewhat unproven in coverage.
