Arenas, hailing from Porter Ranch, California, played her freshman season at Louisville during the 2024–25 campaign. She appeared in 29 games, totaling 343 minutes (11.8 per game), and scored 121 points (4.2 per game) while shooting 41.8% from the field and 38.5% from beyond the arc. In ACC play, she maintained her efficiency, contributing 62 points on 45.3% shooting overall and 41.7% from three-point range.
She delivered five double-digit scoring performances during the season, including three in conference play. Her best outing came against Clemson on February 27, when she poured in a career-high 14 points on 5-of-6 shooting.

Arenas was a highly touted high school prospect, ranked No. 88 overall by ESPNHoopGurlz in the class of 2024. While at Sierra Canyon High School, she played a key role in the team’s 62–4 combined record across her junior and senior seasons. That run included a 31–1 campaign in 2023 that earned Sierra Canyon the top national ranking for much of the year, followed by a 31–3 record and a No. 9 final ranking in 2024.
Adding to her resume, Arenas claimed the Queen of the Court title at the Overtime Elite Takeover event in Atlanta in May 2023, a one-on-one showcase highlighting elite talent from around the country.
She is also the daughter of former NBA All-Star Gilbert Arenas, who enjoyed a 12-year career in the league. Her arrival comes as K-State looks to build on a strong 2024–25 season, which included a Sweet 16 run, 28 total wins (second-most in program history), and a season-long presence in the national rankings. The Wildcats also set school records in points, assists, and blocks, and led the Big 12 in numerous offensive and defensive categories.
