A 6-foot-2, 185-pound cornerback from Sharpsburg, Georgia, officially signed with the East Carolina Pirates on December 4, 2024.
Horsley, who previously committed to Mississippi State in June 2024, reopened his recruitment in November and ultimately chose ECU over offers from schools like Georgia State, Marshall, and South Florida.
During his high school career at East Coweta High School, Horsley played in 28 games, recording 75 tackles, including 62 solo stops, and three interceptions.

He also contributed on offense, scoring five career touchdowns. His performance earned him a consensus three-star rating from recruiting services such as 247Sports, ESPN, and On3.com.
Horsley’s addition bolsters ECU’s secondary, as he is one of three cornerbacks in the 2025 recruiting class. His versatility and experience are expected to make a significant impact on the Pirates’ defense in the upcoming seasons.
